Hungary’s pro-family government is offering married couples a 10 million-forint (about $33,000

USD) loan that won’t have to be paid back if the couple has three children.   The measure is part of Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s plan to encourage population growth in a country with one of the lowest birth rates in Europe.  So far, according to a government spokesperson, thousands of families have applied for the loans or other pro-family subsidies during the month of July. 

  Eligible couples would receive the funds in the form of a loan, which they would have to repay until they become the parents of three children.  The loans must be paid monthly. However, if the married couples should have a child within five years, the interest on the loan is suspended, while repayments are suspended for three years.

  “In Hungary we believe in strong families as the basis of our community.  We have driven family-friendly governance and gained two-third parliamentary majority three times in a row at democratic general elections.   Hungarian citizens have many times expressed they will and entitled us to stop illegal migration at our borders, not to let in a mass of economic migrants but instead empower Hungarian women and men to be able to have as many children as they wish to and have them as soon as they wish to,” Novak said.

  For around this beautiful globe that you call home the builders of form are busy.  And they are constructing, out of ascended master crystalline substance, a chalice made of ascended master light in which the Earth is actually turning.

  This chalice, beloved ones, resembles a chalice used upon the altars of many of the spiritual orders of the day except that it is made of crystal, and it is made of ascended master crystal.  And it is so big that the world is sealed within that chalice; the top of it is open.  And as the world turns within this chalice there is a mighty ray of light from the Great Central Sun that is directed down into this chalice—a very special connection with the Great Central Sun—carrying all of the rays known to man (the rainbow rays and the substance of light itself ) and then carrying beloved Cosmos’ two secret rays and, in addition to that, beloved ones, carrying all of the substance of light from the secret heart of God within the Great Central Sun.

  Now this stream of light is not going to be anchored here just for today.  It is anchored here as a gift to the Earth—given to mankind at the request of the Great White Brotherhood, given to mankind by the magnificence of Alpha and Omega in the Great Central Sun as their gift to you and to the Earth.  [Audience stands.]

  As this stream of light continually pours into the Earth it is going to perform an action upon mankind’s bodies, an intensifying action of light.  And that action cannot be denied by anyone because it is real and tangible, it is genuine and eternal, it is compassionate and healing.  Its purpose is to unify the many fractions and facets of human existence, to make men aware of the fact that the chalice of life is one chalice, that the ray of light is one light pouring through one lifestream into many lifestreams--fragments of one broken body that shall be brought together in remembrance of the Christ consciousness of every man….
