1) In the midst of darkness the holy light of freedom is born. The candle shines out, and each day there is reborn within the heart of men the understanding of the value of freedom. Freedom is a light and hope to the world! Freedom is the courage that men gather from their own divine Presence and the flame that blazes within their hearts.
We come then this day to those who are friends of old and those who we hope are newly made friends to carry the torch of freedom in the heart of the world. The kindling of the flame of freedom in the beginning is today a torch that has been passed to your hearts and to your hands—a torch of action and of courage, a torch of understanding and a torch of reason, a torch that is never satisfied until it has pushed back the darkness and wielded those majestic thoughts of God within the fortress of the mind and heart that re-create, even in the midst of darkness, the memory of light….
Will you attempt now to visualize with me the light of hope that is within yourselves as the light of God’s indomitable purpose working in the world community and envisioning the fruit of the Spirit as the fruit of cosmic brotherhood? This light fulfills the destiny of all men and teaches them to live in harmony and peace with one another in the pursuit of those noble aims and goals for which we also gave the last farthing of our service in times past and which today we ask also of you in the name of God. For we seek the restoration of all the former delights and beauties of God upon the world as in former times when the victory of Atla, the victory of Atlantis, was herself known unto all who dwelled in her sunny climes and were able to receive her manifold blessing.
The New Atlantis born two hundred years ago in this land was the kindling of a great solar flame filled with hope and majesty and bringing hope and majesty to every heart, teaching all to abide in the presence of the light as the light of hope realized, not as the light of hope unrealized. For once a man or a woman is able to capture the vision of the infinite plan of God for the family of nations--and also for the family of nations resident within America, which has become a great melting pot where there is manifest hope to all in every land and in every place--they will then be able to see the dawn of beauty and purpose in the world community as one where religion, true religion is enshrined in the human heart, where human values are cherished and upheld, where the light of cosmic joy runneth over into the world community and floods the lands with light.

2) Now I am determined to rescue the chelas of Morya and the children of the One God throughout the planetary body from the moneymakers whose God is symbolized by the golden calf who would make merchandise of the souls of humanity. I am determined that they shall be exposed this day!

3) I AM a God-free being and because I AM God-free you too can be God-free. That is the law simply stated. To accept that law, to act upon it is wise indeed. To become that law is wiser still, for you become that law by the infusion of love. Love is the only way. Love is obedience every day!
I stand then to challenge in this place on this coast those momentums originated on ancient Lemuria, actions in opposition to the fire of the law of God. I stand before you clothed in whitefire tinged with a deep pink, the rose of intense adoration. I stand before you with the full momentum of my flame--and I thrust it forth as a sword! And that sword is a fire, it is the manifestation of devotion, of fervor for the light.

And that sword with companies of seraphim and legions of purity is now wielded in defense of America, in defense of the light of every soul especially those living on this coast who know not that the seeds of rebellion that have been sown here can be uprooted, can be burned, who know not that those seeds are also influencing subconsciously trends in art, in music, even in scienc and also the morals of a nation.
I then raise my sword to cut the tie to the rebellious priests of Mu who rebelled against the Mother-flame and caused the sinking of the continent. 4) I say, guard the chalice, guard the vessel. Understand that that is the point, the point of the flow that must be preserved, for it is the thread of contact. Understand the meaning of the term thread of contact. And understand that that word thread conveys the meaning of a very delicate, delicate stream of light that connects the worlds of ascended octaves and unascended evolutions. That thread is what the fallen ones would snap, and their attempt at the snapping of the thread is their attempt to sever the very crystal cord that conveys the flow of life into the heart of the messenger.
See then that you understand the meaning of brotherhood and the meaning of community, for all that we share together is the result of the strength of each one multiplied by the light of the Christ and the I AM Presence of each one. See then that as you yourself will to be one who is called a messenger of light, one who is a messenger of the Word, as you give your decrees and invocations and your love to God, see that when you open your mouth to give your decrees that that also is the point of the nexus of a cosmic flow. And until you open your mouth and give voice to the power of the Word there is that momentum of opposition to that decree that sometimes rolls in as the very momentum of the hordes of darkness.
And that opposition comes as a certain irregularity in your lives whereby you do not pursue the ritual of the flame or the setting aside of the giving of decrees at the appointed hour or the coming together with regularity for services.
Do you see then that the opposition being intense is also subtle, extremely subtle, and always it is to disturb that thread of contact? Each one maintains a thread of contact with the hosts of light, with the I AM Presence; and in each one of you that thread of contact is for the very specific purpose to our cause, the entire cause of the Great White Brotherhood.
I speak especially to you, you who have come only recently into the understanding of the teachings. You have had a calling and a focalization of the thread of contact for many years and even in previous incarnations. But your absence from our midst and from direct contact with the ascended masters has been carefully programmed by the fallen ones to keep you from an understanding and an awareness of the great, great import of that thread and of your individual service to life.
It has then been because of the calls of those students in embodiment to cut you free that you have come, for Keepers of the Flame daily invoke the flame of Life on behalf of those who are a part of this inner mandala. And they give invocation to the sword of Archangel Michael for the cutting free of souls of light who are bound by the psychic thralldom and the hedonism of the cults of this world….
See then the intricacies of the Law and of the teaching. See then how the thread of contact with our octave that is maintained by the science of the spoken Word is all that the children of God upon earth have–that thread of contact drawing them into the presence of the Holy of Holies. 5) The City Foursquare is a matrix for the proving of the light of God in each of the seven rays. The action of the God of Gold is the instantaneous precipitation of the mind of God through the alchemy of the emerald and crystal ray. Thus the second and the fifth rays become twin flames for the precipitation of God’s will as the flow of supply and demand, which from this night forward we direct that children of God must demand as the abundance of God upon earth….
Unless there be a certain portion of gold even on the body temple the balance of the elements is not held. When the people no longer hold gold in their possession or wear gold, there is far greater mental and emotional disturbance.
Gold is the lodestone of Alpha and Omega. It is a reminder to every child of God at the soul level of the great throne of grace, of the great throne room that is white and gold in the Great Central Sun. It is from this room that souls of light took leave of the octaves of Spirit, descending in the planes of Mater.
It was my commission from Alpha and Omega aeons and aeons ago to establish the focuses of gold in the matter planes among the galaxies and thus to teach elemental life (under the four hierarchies and through the Elohim) how the balance of forces in the four planes of Mater would be anchored through the magnetic quality of this precipitated sunlight. Thus the elementals learned to precipitate gold. And thus gold does grow in the earth, veins expand, and this balancing of energy corresponds directly first of all to the blueprint of the Christ consciousness of the evolutions of Earth or of a system of worlds and then to that which has been outpictured through the threefold flame.

6) Precious hearts, the fallen ones play a most dangerous game with the children of the light….Realize that the money beast that stalks the Earth and the vibration of greed itself and the ambitions to that power of this world are not entirely rooted out of individuals, especially those who have not conquered the desire body or the carnal mind. The tentacles of the money beast are everywhere upon the planetary body. And the cult of success without God has even lured seekers away from the pure and perfect service and the givingness of self as well as supply upon the altar of God.

The entire point of genetic engineering practised for millions of years on this planet is to deprive the individual of the grasp of the ability to go to the heart of the Spirit of cosmos--his own divine Monad--and perceive the I AM and therefore to discover that he is the manifestation of God.
