The transition from Mother’s leadership of the Summit Lighthouse to the next leadership roughly fits into 1997-2011 period culminating in the RTR’s pretentious invention of “spiritual director”. Mother’s projected organizational transition (“Paradigm Shift”given in late June 1997 at San Diego) hit bad bumps from the RTR staff who prefer a centralized governance to Mother’s decentralized approach. Neroli Duffy at RTR clearly positioned herself at RTR center in the 2003-4 drama concerning Ketino Lutidze at Moscow and the formal RTR dumping of due process of the law. Afterwards Mrs. Duffy positioned herself to route first to herself all incoming emails addressed to the 24 Elders at RTR. We should mightily endeavor to counteract this long, vain, self-serving, self-appointed, rotten RTR course. The RTR staff began to break away from the pure/whole path set by Morya and Maitreya with the RTR vote to jettison the code of conduct (keyed especially to guard against sexual misuses) in late April 1997. Thereupon Morya limited who would receive the thread of contact from himself; yet the RTR never conveyed to the field his 4-30-1997 crucial letter to staff involving the whole field of chelas.
All of this should have been corrected years ago. Many of the best chelas left or like the 5 Elders and Moscow board were dumped. Severe leadership crisis, ho!

1) You see, whenever error is accepted as though it were real it becomes by the pressure of its acceptance a flaw in the foundation of the temple which each one is building. Such a flaw can throw the entire structure off-plumb for a lifetime (and succeeding lifetimes) unless and until it is corrected.
