Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin’s captivity,
The word of the LORD—the word of the I AM THAT I AM Sanat Kumara—came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him....
And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
And the Spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.
And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD God—I AM THAT I AM Elohim.
And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear (for they are a rebellious house), yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.
And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.
And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;

In the name Elohim I AM come, the visitor of the all-seeing Eye of God. You know me as Cyclopea fulfilling the Office of the Great Silent Watcher, embodying the all-knowing, all-consuming Presence whereby in the Eye of God you are held in the immaculate victory of your own Cosmic Christ Person, the beloved and most holy Christ Self.
This Christ Self, you must well acknowledge, is a cosmic being and connected by the mighty threefold flame with all ascended beings who have attained to the point of the inner and outer realization of a Cosmic Christ consciousness. So will you be counted among those of this level of attainment when your own personal Christhood includes your individual self-awareness in and as cosmos.
You are now on the personal path of Christhood, seeking to maintain twenty-four hours a day your individual representation and assimilation of that Christ Person. Your world then becomes the activity of the light extending from your heart three feet in all directions, then, ideally nine feet, in concentrated whitefire essence and the threefold flame of liberty.
Thus as you give your invocations and songs, meditations and implorations to your personal Christ Self it ought to be accompanied with the visualization of intense whitefire emanating from your God Presence, descending over the crystal cord and amplified by your Christ Self just above you, bursting forth as whitefire and expanding to include this ovoid of the fiery Sun Presence that you are intended to be always on planet Earth.
When you make your pilgrimage to the Will of God Focus at the Ashram of the World Mother in Los Angeles following this conference I ask you to stand there in that focus of the Cosmic Egg before the Lord Jesus Christ and to recognize him as the archetype—yea, the living presence of your own personal Savior. Then you may see the visualization of yourself in the center, with him as the Cosmic Christ, the personal Christ—the extension of your aura as the filling of all the room and all of the house with the light of God that will not fail to illumine your aura if you live to make the call.
Then you will see how your aura is now a room of light and there is room for others to come into the shelter of your ovoid, and you yourself are a focus of the will of God and of the Cosmic Christ with you who would stand with you and in you and multiply your effort in holding the balance of world karma, of world peace and of world harmony.
As you look into the very face of this statue of Jesus Christ that turns ever so slowly in the center of that focus now assign to that figure the person of the Cosmic Christ ever with you. And as you stand just to the side of that one you are perpetually and always the devotee of that Christ in the person of your Christ Self, in the person of Jesus the Christ and in the person of the unnamed one, the Cosmic Christ who bears with him or with her (as the androgynous One, Alpha and Omega, is embodied in that Cosmic Christ) always the protection, the image, the light and the very forcefield of Maitreya Guru. Therefore you can see the principle: Son Presence of the Cosmic Christ with you, multiplied by Jesus and your Christ Self, and you can see yourself as the disciple of this trinity of Christhood that defines the planes of your own ongoing attainment.
Blessed hearts, this is a most important ritual. And I call to your attention these selections of songs and decrees, all concentrating on the development of the threefold flame. For a flame is a chalice of consciousness. When you speak about the Christ consciousness you are speaking about the quality of the flame of Christ embodied individually by each and every disciple. Therefore you might say the flavor of each one’s personal Christ consciousness is a little bit different according to the accent, the accentuation and the acceleration by free will of certain virtues of that personal Christ.
But all must hold in balance the trinity of power, wisdom and love. By that trinity you will have the foundation to sustain whatever quality of God you deem most important, most worthy, most necessary in your lifestream, in your world, in your cosmic ovoid—that you hold that flame and hold that vibration come what may so that you are always contributing this color in the stained-glass window of life for all the world.
For the very purposes of self-discipline I recommend that you select one quality of God—almost any quality. And then remember it, study it, look it up, see wherever it is spoken of or taught about by the masters in all of their teachings and in the sacred scriptures East and West, see how the saints have embodied that quality and make yourself a living master of that single flame. Blessed ones, whether it be faith or hope or charity or compassion, harmony, vision, the rectitude of the law, I pray that you balance that quality with the threefold flame, for only thereby can it come into the full flowering of its inherent potential.
When you think of Archangel Michael you immediately think of the flame of faith. Now faith when first thought of seems to be a very simple quality and a simple vibration. And you may say “Well, I have faith. That is very easy.” But when you think again of the ramifications of that single quality, when you think of electrons and atoms that hold the very foundation of a skyscraper or the whitefire core holding the magnet of Earth planet, when you think of the winds and you think of the stars the nucleus of faith is the very principle that sustains the matter universe.
You can understand therefore how an archangel would multiply and amplify the single quality of faith until it includes by its very completeness every other quality of the will of God, every other quality of the wisdom of God, every other quality of the love of God and all of the seven rays and mighty Cosmos’ secret rays! Realize that any single quality of the archangels and the archeiai is the open door to Cosmic Christ consciousness. By faith therefore master science, master religion, master healing and the healing arts, master the path of architecture, master engineering.
So, on and on and on you can see whether it is faith or hope or charity, whether it is love in its purest essence, whether it is the fire of compassion, you will understand that virtue as a flame of living purity is a fragment of life, is a dewdrop, is a sunbeam itself through which all of the consciousness of God may be viewed.
I commend you to the keeping of a single virtue; for you see when you try to play too many pieces on the piano you wind up not playing any one to perfection. We desire to have a single note of perfection struck by each and every one of you.
Now some of you have enjoyed the game of playing songs with bottles filled at varying levels of water so that in an entire song it is yours to play only one note. And it is important that your note comes in on time. And with the sacred fire breath and the perfect poising of the lips you have the perfect flow of air to make the perfect sound. Thus you become the instrument of the note—not by the mere presence of the level of the water but by the technique of using your own four lower bodies and free will for the sounding of the sound to the rhythm of the whole.
This is a very good exercise for the little children to understand the meaning of community, the interdependency of all life, for it builds to a cosmic interdependence of the entire hierarchy of the Great White Brotherhood and enables the little child to understand how necessary is the single note. For when it is not played there is simply a space, a vacuum instead of a decision to be and to be whole and to be manifest.
This is the nature of the one who holds the nucleus of the mandala of light—the sounding of the keynote for the whole sphere of Christed ones, of millions of souls, holding a mandala of light. And therefore understand that in this hour we are also stepping up a new note and a new sound that shall henceforth emanate from the heart of the Messenger, as you come into position with your own rhythmic chord of life.
Thus the sounding of this new note I bring, for I AM the Elohim of music. And Lanello is with me, and we are one, superimposed by our Electronic Presence over the forcefield and temple of the unascended Messenger. And we are accelerating that point of the heartflame that there might go forth a new sound. And the new sound will precipitate the new song that shall be sung by the Lamb and the hundred and forty and four thousand on the Mount Zion!
And that mount is the point of each one’s own I AM Presence. It is the ion of light and the mighty Z-ray which contains the power of Alpha unto Omega, as above, so below! Note the line of the Z. So the plane of Spirit is the horizontal bar above and the plane of matter is the horizontal bar below, and the slanting vertical bar connecting the two denotes what is the instantaneous and mighty action of the Z-ray.
So many have drawn the lightning as a Z-ray continuously descending. And they have rightfully perceived the action of lightning itself, for it is to convey a certain fohatic light even in the physical dimension whereby there descends from Spirit’s octaves into matter the pure light of Alpha and Omega for the realignment of molecules of earth, air, fire and water.
Understand then that the sounding of the note is for the sounding of the chord of Zion as there comes forth now in this moment out of this mandala, out of each one’s own I AM Presence, the new note of divine harmony that will also resound through the chord of your own seven chakras and out of the secret chamber of the heart. For that new note is released by the Cosmic Christ, by the Lord Jesus Christ, by your own Christ Self in a trinity of manifestation as you yourself perceive yourself within the universe of your own world.
Therefore that note is a sounding of the tone whereby this body of God, the members of this church shall constitute that mandala for the holding of the balance of the laggards and the laggard evolution and the fallen ones that are in every race and nation upon the Earth and particularly concentrated in the Middle East. I call therefore for the sounding of the mighty sound by Elohim that you might be now attuned to that new note of your forward progress by the mighty figure-eight flow into the eighties and beyond for the victory of planet Earth.
[Intonations] The lower tones of the Earth must be sounded for elemental life and the very vibration of the Earth itself. [Intonation] The sounding of the water and the wind and the fire in the heart thereof. [Intonation]
I would remind you, as you embark upon a new era of co-creativity with Elohim that over the past twenty-one years and beyond, there have been given to you simple exercises for your protection, for your harmony, for the expansion of the light and for the ongoing initiations of the path. Hearken back to the very first lessons. Restudy the Keeper of the Flame releases. Remember the “Call to the Fire Breath,” Djwal Kul’s exercise, and the hurling of the sphere of light from your heart.
Remember, we have approved and advocated various systems of yoga for the maintenance of the rhythm of the flow of life. When these are combined with the four-point breathing exercise and the visualization of the threefold flame for the light to flow in the chakras, the rhythm of yoga, the rhythm of the dynamic decree, right diet, exercise and a facing of the Sun once a day for ten minutes as you give the call to Helios and Vesta (taking care not to expose the eyes to the direct glare of the Sun) will give you the contact to a mighty reservoir of light in the heart of Helios and Vesta that is the balancing action for this solar system.
After all, though you bear the burden of the LORD, remember that world karma is the LORD’s burden and not the burden of your outer self. The outer self is merely the focalpoint for transmutation and balance that the physical Earth body and the four lower bodies of her evolutions might transcend the lesser state.
The LORD in you is Christ—the Christ Self, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Cosmic Christ. Therefore the trinity of this LORD with you, the Immanuel, God with us, is the LORD. And the LORD bears his burden. The LORD bears the burden of light, and the LORD bears the burden of anti-light. And you stand in the heart of the LORD and you declare:
Lo, I AM THAT I AM!
Lo, I AM THAT I AM!
Lo, I AM the Christ incarnate!
Lo, I AM the bearer of the threefold flame of my LORD!
And my burden is light! light! light!
And into this light, this whirling vortex there now pours the entire momentum of world karma of the laggards and their evolutions.
And therefore it is consumed by sacred fire!
It is no more!
And the consciousness that determines to sustain the anti-light and the misqualification of light is now judged by the light, judged by my Christ Self, by the Lord Jesus Christ and the Cosmic Christ!
And therefore in that moment you give the judgment call to all forces and forcefields that fail to submit to the light when the untransmuted substance flows into the light and is transmuted. Therefore, you see, you make the demand in the earth and you give forth the mandate that the consciousness behind the misqualified energy of hate and hate creation now must either bend the knee and begin to so qualify that light in purity or else stand before the judgment of the triple action of your own individual and personal Christhood which you must daily claim! For you do not desire to be found outside of harmony with your own point of light and Christhood. And you dare not now indulge in undisciplined ways and find yourself on the outside of your own world and Will of God Focus. For you need the aura—you need the aura of the trinity of your Christhood. You need that space and that white fire. And therefore it is become your universe. And you conceive of yourself as being tied by a mighty umbilical cord to your own Christhood, and you may come and go within this universe that you create.
Nine feet extending out from your threefold flame—that is your area of safe occupation. And wherever you go you occupy your world. It is your suit in time and space, the space/time suit into which the light has descended because your heart is ensconced in physical dimension and in a physical body temple, and therefore you have chosen by freewill to give to God the authority of the Word to coalesce around and in your temple this cosmic light!
And therefore, you see, the entire matter is an affair of the heart and of freewill. And this entire matter universe becomes superimposed with the Spirit universe, which is the aura of the Cosmic Christ, Jesus Christ and your own Christ Self. Therefore your aura--the willing vessel, the negative polarity that magnetizes Christ--is now become the aura of the Christed Ones. And there is no differentiation, for one is superimposed upon the other because of your freewill expression as God-harmony, God-gratitude and God-affirmation that I AM WHO I AM.
And therefore, you see, Alpha and Omega, the plus and minus auras, are one. And you are experiencing the androgynous whole of the Father/Mother God, and you experience all of the masculine and feminine qualities of being that are yours and yours to inherit, to inhabit, to be, to become and to fulfill. And all things are possible in you because God is in you and He is the grand possibility of every expression of your life!
The LORD in me is Christ--my beloved Christ Self, the beloved Lord Jesus Christ and the beloved Cosmic Christ. Therefore the trinity of this LORD with me, the Immanuel, God with us, is the LORD! And the LORD bears his burden. The LORD bears the burden of light, and the LORD bears the burden of anti-light. And I stand in the heart of the LORD and I declare:Lo, I AM THAT I AM!
Lo, I AM THAT I AM! Lo, I AM the Christ incarnate! Lo, I AM the bearer of the threefold flame of my LORD! And my burden is light! light! light!
And into this light, this whirling vortex there now pours the entire momentum of world karma of the laggards and their evolutions. And therefore it is consumed by sacred fire! It is no more!
And the consciousness that determines to sustain the anti-light and the misqualification of light is now judged by the light, judged by my Christ Self, by the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Cosmic Christ! Therefore I call forth the judgment from the heart of Almighty God and His Son Jesus Christ of all forces and forcefields that fail to submit to the light as the Word incarnate I AM THAT I AM Sanat Kumara and as the light that is the trinity of the personal, planetary and Cosmic Christ now made manifest within me by the love of my own Christ Self, by the wisdom of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the power of Lord Maitreya, the Coming Buddha who is come into my temple now! Therefore I stand before the God of the Earth, Lord Gautama Buddha at Shamballa, and I make the demand in the earth and I give forth the mandate that the consciousness behind the misqualified energy and hate and hate creation directed against Saint Germain and the chelas of the ascended masters, against the Woman and her seed and against all Christed ones in this Dark Cycle must now either bend the knee, begin to so qualify the light in purity, or else stand before the judgment of the triple action of my own individual and personal Christhood which I now claim in the name I AM THAT I AM Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, and my own beloved Christ Self.
