all strength, all healing of every nature is the changing of (energy) vibrations from within

-The Cancer Microbe by Dr. Alan Cantwell, Jr., 1990; I found especially pp. 44 & following quite interesting!

Thus examine the motive and the desire for healing and assess this in yourself as well as in others who come to you for prayer and assistance.  It is well to help all in the body and in the spirit--to give comfort, compassion and all means of remedies available.
Take care then that you understand that the unlawful healing that is given may accrue to your own karmic record.  And that unlawful healing, beloved, is the manipulation of the laws of God and of His Spirit to deliver one who must yet experience his own accountability in the wrestling of the soul in that fiery trial of which I speak.
Beloved, how then shall the people escape the torment of the last plagues?  I tell you, it is possible.  But let every man consider his communion with the Holy Spirit and with the sacred fire.  Let each one consider how he may burst forth in song and life to lose himself and his self-concerns in the comforting and healing of others.  Let the violet flame be the universal unguent and even the elixir of youth.  And let those who seriously desire union with God be prepared then to stand, face and conquer in his name all that assails them….
My warning concerns then those grey areas--whether of psychic healing or healing of any other form where there is an interference with karmic law and where there is danger to the practitioner who unknowingly takes to himself the burdens of karma by various techniques practiced.  In this light of the new age I pray you perceive that the greatest healer of all is he who first heals himself by the known methods of God-mastery taught by the ascended masters.   -Archangel Raphael

Archeia Mary:  In this day I surround you with my swaddling garment of light.  I hold you in this immaculate embrace that is a healing power to restore the mind and soul and body to the original blueprint that is in your higher etheric body….
It is the healing of the whole man that we are about.  And we ask of you not only this but to remember the vow to heal a planet by becoming the instrument of such radiant light of the Central Sun.  Pursue then all avenues of healing that are open to you lawfully.  And, beloved, pursue the healing of souls.
Souls are in torment and require the healing of the Holy Ghost.  You may learn of the gifts and graces that you may earn under the tutelage of the Lords of the seven rays.  You may seek to increase the aura by devotion, decree and service….
Do then call to God and your guardian angels to take you at night in your finer bodies where you may study and learn what are the golden-age methods of healing and how, when the planet is delivered of a certain karma and a certain band of fallen angels incarnate who oppose the real cures that could be available today for cancer and other terminal diseases--how through you and others there may come about finally the liberation and the revelation of the true healing arts.
Some who know it not have been inspired by us and have brought forth their methods. They have been persecuted.  They have been pursued by those who have taken the law to wrest it to the destruction of those cures that ought to be available to everyone upon earth.
It is not the Lord God who has decreed that mankind must suffer from these dread diseases.  But it is, beloved, a certain clique of fallen angels who have crept in unawares with their spiritual wickedness in high places who have prevented the little people--my people--from having those cures and that application of science which could have delivered their bodies that their souls might have pursued the true spiritual calling of their lives in this very life.
The plagues themselves descending were never designed unto death and hell--they are a karma, yes, but the Lord has perceived and has sent the intercessor in the person of the Cosmic Christ to inspire all with the means of deliverance.
I say to all who are so inspired, be not bound by the money beast! Freely ye have received, freely give.  Therefore let the world have what God has given you for healing.  Minister to the poor in spirit and the broken in body.
Some have promised to give and have been taken aside by their desire for wealth or money.  Blessed hearts, millions are dying.  Give and give again that you might be emptied that you might be filled of the Spirit and renewed to give again.
Did it ever occur to you, beloved, that God may have given to you a gift of healing or a knowledge because it is meet, for your karma demands that you serve life even as you may have done disservice to life in the past?  Count every blessing then and talent and even genius as opportunity to make all things right.

However, it may never be possible to pinpoint exactly how HIV crossed from chimpanzees into humans, Hahn cautions. She and her collaborators previously tracked the likely source of HIV-1 to chimpanzees living in southeast Cameroon4, hundreds of kilometres from Kinshasa, and it is tempting to hypothesize that trade routes contributed to the virus's infiltration of the city. But even by 1960, HIV-1 had infected only a few thousand Africans. It is unlikely that it will be possible to track down samples from the very earliest victims, Hahn notes. …
Viral sequences from earlier times can provide insight into the early spread of HIV-1, because the rapid rate of evolution of this virus - up to a million times faster than that of animal DNA - means that substantial amounts of sequence change occur in a matter of decades1. On page 661 of this issue, Worobey et al.2 describe the sequences of partial genome fragments of HIV-1 from a lymph-node biopsy collected in 1960 in Leopoldville (now Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo). They compare these sequences with those of other HIV-1 strains, shedding light on the early evolution and diversification of this virus in Africa.

HIV-1 strains are divided into three groups, each of which was independently derived from a simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) that naturally infects chimpanzees in west-central Africa3. Whereas two of these groups are rare, the third, group M, has spread throughout the world and is the cause of more than 95% of HIV infections globally. Group M can be further divided into many subtypes (A-K), which seem to have arisen through founder events. For example, subtype B, which encompasses all the strains originally described in North America and Europe, is very rare in Africa, and reflects such a founder event. Last year, Worobey and colleagues showed4 that this subtype probably arose from a single strain that was carried from Africa to Haiti before spreading to the United States and onwards. The newly described2 1960 virus (DRC60) falls within, but close to the ancestor of, subtype A.http://www.natap.org/2008/HIV/100208_04.htm

(4) Department of Ecology and Zoology. This department carries out research on the animals and insects that carry pathogens which cause diseases in humans. These include monkeys, rodents, ticks, bats, and others.[10] (5) Department of General Virology.he Department of General Virology is headed by an Assistant Director. It conducts comprehensive research at a molecular and cellular level for different viral-borne diseases. This is the department that conducts research related to viruses associated with human cancers, including HHV8, HPV16, HPV18, Epstein Barr Virus and others.[11]

While in this meeting emphasis is being put on use of GM technology to boost production, another international meeting opened in the capital Kampala, 40 km north of Entebbe, calling for organic farming in order to take advantage of the lucrative market in Europe.

These two meetings regenerate debate on genetic engineering and its impacts on Africa.

Experts at the Entebbe meeting said that Africa needs to adopt biotechnology in order to feed its starving population in view of stagnating agricultural productivity, harsh effects of climate change and a growing population.

Millions of smallholder farmers on the continent can no longer grow enough food to sustain their families, communities or their countries. This has lead to recurrent food crises on the continent as millions face hunger, starvation and death. The malnutrition levels have continued to go up.
Moses Kiggundu, the chief executive officer of the National Organic Agricultural Movement of Uganda says that while organic agriculture is friendly with some biotechnology applications like tissue culture and grafting, it is not agreeable with genetic engineering.

"Transferring animal genes to crop or vice versa is not acceptable in organic agriculture. Once that transgenic transfer is made, it is permanent. If the results are negative, you will have to leave with them," he said at the meeting in Kampala.  Rwamirama said Uganda will take a two-pronged approach, organic agriculture to take advantage of the lucrative European markets and GM crops to boost food production.   https://www.cusabio.com/c-10130.html
