1) Blessed ones, there is no eternal chaos. There is only eternal order in manifestation. And the marvelous wisdom that expresses throughout the cosmos is a flower whose cup holds all of creation within its airy fragrance….
We declare then that man was not made to be a servant of a mechanical system or regimen but that these systems are the means, however inferior, used by him to implement his search for the freedom of the golden ages….
There are several factors at work behind the cause of man’s original loss of his spiritual faculties. But in the history of the cosmos as pertains to planet Earth we clearly see that following the downfall of man, various individuals from other systems of worlds did come to planet Earth. These beings embodied a laggard state of consciousness which had already begun the nefarious activity of controlling the electronic pattern behind the screen of mortal manifestation and of dissecting the universe as the violent sought to wrest secrets of nature from the hand of God and use them to their own ends.
The first fall then was one of ethics and morals; for it was in man’s concept that through mastery of nature he would be able to circumvent God, thus giving him power over God-substance, that the original fall came about. Did not the serpent boast “Ye shall be as gods”? When the ethic of man falls, when ideals and patterns of humility typified in the words “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge” are denied preeminence in consciousness it is ever so easy for individuals to feel that they are a law unto themselves.
Long ago then in another system of worlds this descent of consciousness—this defection from acknowledgment of the supremacy of the Godhead—occurred to many. Out of this laggard flow certain advanced beings did train and employ artisans who were skilled in the manipulation of material substance. The story of this event is hidden in the generic recordings of the Bible; these also indicate how Jubal and Tubal-cain and others did come into embodiment and did teach mankind their arts….
Let it be increasingly clear then that we do not desire to despair of the necessary mechanics of civilization but rather of the use to which men have put these mechanics and, most specifically, the use to which they have put their minds and attention. Various forms of neurosis and psychosis, diseases of mind and nerves are the consequence of the fast pace of civilization and man’s inability to cope with environment as it continues to hedge him in with bristly needles of torture created by his inhumanity to his fellowman. But mankind could be spared all this by turning wholeheartedly to God for illumination and strength.

2) The world will some day master the challenges that now beset them upon the path when they tire of the wheel of mortal reverberation, when they tire of the battle of the senses. 3) Let all be forewarned of the reactionary nature of those who feel themselves cornered. Be ready then to tackle the dragon’s tail and lashback against the victory. You who know the science of energy, to you to whom it has been given to understand the vibrations of the energy veil, you will be our cosmic surgeons removing by incision those dangerous elements, those toxins released by the flushing out of darkness by the light. I AM releasing the sacred fire, and I warn every one of you that I have given final opportunity to the lightbearers of Europe! And there may not be a slackening! There may not be a slackening of the pace! There may not be a vying for power! There may not be human pride pitted against the will of God! The hour is far, far, far too late! 5) Thus if you can imagine a flash of light as a nuclear explosion coming upon the planet only for a split second, in that moment God would have the power to reduce all equally, let us say, by ten percent, by fifteen percent, depending on what reduction would be necessary in order to avert an utter calamity or cataclysm. This has been done in the past. Entire evolutions have been “dwarfed,” you might say—reduced in lifespan, reduced in stature. Thus as the Evil was cut back, so the potential for greater Good was also cut back until that evolution should come unto a love for and an obedience to the higher law and Lord.
The drawback to this solution to a planetary equation that was once the dilemma of Hedron or Maldek and is fast becoming the dilemma of Earth is that there is no lesson learned. There is the same potential for Evil as [that which] created greater danger in the first place. 7) If you only knew what you are doing to your hearts when you eat strong meat that is acidic and that pollutes not only the heart and bloodstream but also the temperament so that you do not have tenderness of heart, humility of heart, mindfulness of heart, the me mory of heart that are native to your real Self! And as a result you do not have heart for the path, for the mission!
And then because the quality of heart that is needful in order for you to keep pace with Maitreya’s bodhisattvas is wanting, you set up roadblocks. You give yourself and Maitreya impossible ultimatums. You set limits to your chelaship that doom you to failure. You say, “Unless thus and thus and thus will happen to me, I will quit the path, I will quit this place. Unless I get this, this, this and that, this is what I will do.” Well, beloved ones, there is no such thing as unconditional love on the part of the ascended masters for the children of Earth, for this would be an impossibility….
Therefore the best move that each and every one of you here can make upon returning to your residences around the world is to get together with other Keepers of the Flame and communicants and to say to yourselves, “What is the level of commitment we can guarantee our Lord Jesus that we will maintain for him?” Do not make it too high, do not make it too low.
Set your house in order. Secure whatever place will be your semipermanent place of operation, for there is nothing permanent in this world. Secure your altar, your study and meeting rooms where people can come and receive the Teachings.

8) Can anyone tell you what is your calling except the still small voice within? You may know many individuals and professionals who may guide you, counsel you, open the way to a certain path of learning that culminates in your having a profession that can defend even the very citadels of the lightbearers. Blessed ones, it is tragic that some among you do not know or seem to know who you are or where you should go or why. Blessed ones, it is important to do something rather than nothing. Let your somethings be very worthwhile, always toward the good of your fellowman, also toward your honor in caring for your families and your nation.
Blessed ones, you must take steps even if they are first steps. For El Morya has said to me: “These souls must permanently become that balance of yin and yang whereby they have the sense, the inner strength, the sharpness of mind to say, ‘I will take these steps and then I will see where they lead me. And I will pray each step of the way and I will do something rather than nothing.’”…
For you see, beloved, life moves on and it moves quickly and you must engage. You must engage your teeth. You must engage your body and your mind and say: “I will study this so that I may have this certain accomplishment, this skill, this art, this application of technology. And therefore I will make something of myself for my community, for my family. And as a parallel road I shall also seek my spiritual destiny; and I shall place that first but not necessarily foremost, for I have responsibilities, and those responsibilities have to do with my karma.”
Now, beloved, it is absolutely necessary that when you go forth from this conference you determine what shall be your handiwork, what shall be the expression of mind, what shall you contribute to coming generations as this world is turning and technology advances almost faster than people can compute what is happening.
