Ginger is tremendous for one’s health, mustard with turmeric, eggs, schsandra berries, nutmeg, avocado, hot or warm milk, yogurt, nuts, half-teaspoon baking powder/day, coconut oil or another oil for hair or skin--these are some real helps. Walks in open air, quietude especially where one sleeps.
