1) The Karmic Board and the chohans of the rays place before the students of higher law an awareness of cycles coming to fulfillment. The ten-thousand-year cycle of the apex of material achievement, laying the foundation for spiritual attainment, is at hand. All that men have built as foundation of the mighty Pyramid of Life on earth awaits the crowning of spiritualization and the capstone of the Eye all-seeing. Vast is the potential of light in the heart of the devotee. Dark, dark is the long night of the tyrants’ self-imposed terror.

2) We come then to deliver those who know not that they have been betrayed by the fallen ones, who know not that it is their hour and the power of darkness--who know not yet that they themselves are the ones who are nailed to the cross. Blessed hearts, when the hour of initiation come by the hand of Maitreya, though some sleep and only the few are awake—yet the initiation is come!
See it then typified in the experience of assassination attempts, and those that have succeeded, on the Presidents of the United States of America. See how in these years and in these cycles of twenty years there has been this attempt to deny the office which does represent the Christ Self of every citizen in whom there burns the flame of the Goddess of Liberty. Understand then that the reenactment of crucifixion is typified then in the assassination of President Lincoln and of Kennedy and of all the rest.
See then that this comes again as the sign and as symbol that in every age the Nephilim gods will appear--and they will crucify by neglect! And those who are crucified, blessed hearts, often do not know, even until they are taken by holy angels, that they have been called and chosen to be a part even of the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us minister unto a nation. And let the purple and gold and ruby ray of my bands be then for illumination, by the golden light of Sanat Kumara, of the way of the cross, the way of the ruby ray and the burden of purple fire that is indeed the bearing of the cross unto its ultimate transmutation.

3) Blessed ones of mercy’s flame, my co-servers in the retreat of mercy’s light, with me under the direction of the Lords of Karma, have completed a twenty-four-month study of the lifewaves of Earth by assignment and out of concern for the turning of worlds and for the future and outcome of life as it is now known upon this planet.
Many reports have come forth from this study and from analysis of each individual lifestream--all previous incarnations, the rate of progress and the hope, if any, for Christhood in this one-hundred-year cycle that has begun in the year 1976.
Beloved hearts, we have discovered what of course could be known by us but must be documented and studied, scrutinized for presentation before the Councils who are our sponsors--that many of those in embodiment today do not have even an inkling of the example or the message of Jesus Christ or of any other recent avatar to whom they might relate.
You must realize that here in the West the person and figure of Christ is a given. When one speaks the name Jesus Christ one understands an image, a life, a sacrifice, the path of the Savior and hope of the world. But for many not the image of Christ, not the figure of the real Self has even a modicum of relevancy in their everyday and day-to-day thought processes. Therefore the only means whereby a transfer or an internalization of that flame might occur is through present-day example of Christhood. The presence of love, the presence of the Holy Spirit as vibration, as action, as word, as teaching--this was and is the foundation of the American culture which we have sought to inculcate in her youth these two hundred years.
Early educational instruction enabled children to internalize the virtues and honor, the leadership of a Christed one. But with manipulation of the minds of children there was a loss of stature and of identity and internalization of true worth.
Therefore in this day and hour even many Americans have not an idea what the current manifestation of Christ is all about. They know not which way to go or whom to follow. They are burdened therefore in not having teachers and shepherds. They follow the false ones. Thus the return to discipleship for the purpose of being the embodiment of the master, for the purpose of the Word made flesh that all might behold and know what is the meaning of that one is at hand.
By mercy’s flame I extend to you the Mother of Christhood, of mercy’s flame, of grace that you might understand how important it is to reach for, to seize the torch of Liberty! This torch contains the inner calling of the golden man of the heart for a nation, for the return of the twelve tribes, for return of the seed of Sanat Kumara. The torch of Liberty is a magnificent torch whereby the inner blueprint of the hundred and forty and four thousand might be internalized by this nation and all who come to her shores as disciples of the I AM Presence.

4) Beloved of the living flame of sacred fire, you have understood that in this Dark Cycle under the direction of Helios and Vesta in the Sun of Gemini** there does return to the Earth, to all of her evolutions that which they have sent forth as the ignoring of the Law--their envy, their jealousy, their covetousness and lusting after the light and that Good which is God for which they have not been willing to pay the price. And therefore on the other side of this Alpha/Omega thrust and return the Dark Cycle sends back their full vent of resentment, revenge, retaliation and judgment [which they have directed] upon lightbearers, upon whom they take their revenge for the judgments of the Father and Son and Holy Spirit.
Beware then the judgment of the Holy Spirit, O ye sons of men. For it does return unto you in this hour that which you dare send against these little ones--the holy innocents of God, children and babes.
Beloved, you have heard of the sin against the Holy Ghost which cannot be forgiven. And you have heard of the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place where it ought not. These, beloved, may have historical interpretations which are accurate in their time, but I say to you that in this hour the sin against the Holy Ghost and abomination of desolation do return to the evildoer every sin committed against the children and youth of the world.
Beloved, it is a serious hour for consideration of lightbearers and those who have been the sponsors of youth--angels who have taken embodiment as parents and teachers and devoted public servants. Beloved, understand then that when this judgment does come upon the seed of the wicked--ere it come--they seek to thrust it from themselves upon the people of light. See how lightbearers have borne in their very bodies and in the bodies of their children and the children in the womb that which has spewed forth from the nuclear accident in the Soviet Union. 5) I have come then to deliver to this city the mandate of the Holy Spirit….Blessed hearts, the age of Aquarius does set a new standard; and therefore as the tides of the sea and the planetary levels of water threaten to rise, so there is the raising of the standard whereby the sons of God are expected to embody a greater love whose intensity, whose very sacred fire in your hearts does bind the force of anti-love.
Blessed ones, you have heard the interpretation of the four planets in Capricorn.* One must understand that they represent the deliverance of the Holy Spirit’s initiations to a planet; and as the result of the consequences of violation of the Holy Ghost in little children, in nature and [in] defilement of body and soul you will see that unless these things are turned around and a people invoke the light of their God and fulfill the Law of Love, those things projected will come to pass.
This [astrological] configuration is the testing of the four lower bodies of a planet and a people, and the signal of Mars entering this twenty-third does denote the triggering in the physical plane of all that has gone before in the mental, etheric and desire bodies [of the planetary evolution].
Blessed ones, it is in the city of Los Angeles that this spiral must be initiated, for the ancient area of this city on the continent of Lemuria was also the scene of violation of that Holy Spirit which did trigger the sinking of that continent in a conflagration of fire.
Therefore note well, beloved, that having come full circle, a people endowed with enlightenment and the fervor of our bands must now come to understand that the Tester whose sign has been seen as Saturn also comes in the presence of Uranus and Neptune. Therefore, beloved, all that which has been considered as consequences of such an astrology must be seen in the light of the Holy Spirit as Teacher, as Comforter, as manifestation of God as the Great Guru.
In this cycle therefore, beloved, it is true that a great awakening, enlightenment and golden age can appear. The option then to embrace the Spirit of the living God in this hour comes upon every lifestream upon this planet.
Blessed ones, many are not prepared, and the signs of the times of the momentum of the people themselves do not predict that they will change. Nevertheless lightbearers of the Earth and sons of God may invoke unlimited light in this time. For other planets appearing, representative of the Divine Mother such as Venus and Jupiter, the Sun itself and even the Moon when the energies are raised, do give wide open door of opportunity by communication of God Mercury for a sweeping conversion that is the very essence and energy of Aquarius….
Therefore out of the ashes of the former self let the anointed one arise! I can assure you that those who apply themselves to the path of purity in love and love in purity in the heart of their I AM Presence will receive all of the training, discipline and comfort necessary to enter into this walk with God.
*Four planets in Capricorn. In her stump message prior to this dictation, Elizabeth Clare Prophet explained that in February 1988 Neptune, Saturn, Uranus and Mars formed a major conjunction in Capricorn. This conjunction marks the formal starting point of a period of upheaval and change on the planet.
