1) I hasten to assure all my blessed chelas and disciples--many of whom have loved my service to light for so long--that I am more mindful today than ever before of the need to keep the fires of freedom blazing. When victory is in sight (it) is not the time to slacken the pace or rest on your oars, for heaven’s own blessed acceleration for which you have so often called by the power of love does bring ever nearer your own God-freedom, so dear to each heart!…
When we see a need arise to apprise our chelas of a negative situation both beloved Morya and I hesitate in many cases to do so because of that law (of sympathetic vibration). However when we do perceive a heightened need to speak out it is always done with ascended master gentility so as not to harm any part of life in a stringent manner but rather to produce the best opportunity for freedom and good will to all--particularly that magnificent congregation--the majority of our worthy students of the I AM Law of Life! I heartily approve of every act and word which beloved Morya has found necessary, for I feel no need to remind my readers that every ascended being will only perform those acts which are in keeping with the highest principles of divine law and divine love. This has beloved Morya always fulfilled to the letter and without exception!
…………………………………………………………………… 4) There is no resting in any vibration but always the necessity of new light and new attainment else you will lose sight of the Mother and the Messenger. And how can you keep in sight the ascended masters if you can no longer be with their embodied Messenger? Thus in the comfortability of the aura of the Great White Brotherhood you have slackened your pace, you have withheld your giving, you have not reached down deep into your pockets to pull out the last coin--and in this case the coin is the last withholding of your will to do God’s will! 
5) Know then, O beloved, that day by day that transfer of light is given, not all at once. It is an impossibility, for the light itself should consume that which does not have the vessel to receive it [until the light itself create the vessel by the soul’s assimilation of it, day by day.]
These are things that the great Law has taught you and spoken in your heart. These are things which our Father has determined that you need to be reminded of, that you slacken not your pace but make haste and that you find the wherewithal to do this by love--by the love of the ruby ray that is the blood of the Universal Christ. By that love you are able to open your being. And thus by sacrifice you come to the realization that a sacrifice is never a self-denial except [it be] the denial of the unreal self and its unreal desires. But the white light of the Divine Mother is truly the fulfillment [of all desire] when all other vibrations are stopped; and they [can and do] cease by the devotion and will of the devotee.

6) Do not slacken your pace, for I am moving across the Earth in all the nations of the world and I especially move in this nation. And I come to scourge the earth! to scourge the earth! to scourge the earth! And I come to drive out those who are not of the truth, those who are not speakers of the truth, but out of their mouths come “unclean spirits like frogs.” And many of those who speak not the truth occupy the top leadership positions of their nations. So, beloved, we shall see the karma they will make for their misuse of the science of the spoken Word. The Word of God spoken through the throat chakra is the power to right every wrong. You know this power. You know the path of the divine decree.

7) Where do you go to access the fire that sets you on fire day by day? Why, you go to the altar of God, to the Maxin Light, to the Holy of holies, to the Shekhinah glory.
Yes, beloved, you see, the doing is in yourself. It is the doing that comes from inner will and inner drive of many lifetimes. If you have lost your will and your drive, if you have slackened your pace, if you go this way and that without organization or definiteness of purpose or planning, then what can I say? Now concentrate, for concentration is rapidly becoming a lost art in the West.

8) Do not take for granted that you will not make your ascension and therefore not try. Do not take for granted that it is easy or a shoo-in. Up to the very last moment in time and space it is possible to make karma that requires you to slacken your pace, go down the ladder again, tend to those details that you have left undone, and climb up the ladder again.
You hear in this piece of music, the Rakoczy music, you hear in it a thousand notes and fingers that fly. This is the action of intensity, specificity. It is an action, beloved, that shows you in the hearing of the ear how you must accelerate in order to transcend this octave.

9) As you move toward midnight with Saint Germain, I bid you to give judgment calls, to bind the dweller-on-the-threshold, to move against these fallen angels and to have the most powerful decree session that you have had in many a year. And when the fulfillment of the hour is come at midnight, do not slacken your pace but move again and again with Saint Germain. Move against those who would tear civilization apart, who have nothing to lose and everything to gain when it comes to the upheaval of civilizations and their destruction.
…………………………………………………………….........................10) So I would point out that sometimes there is a waxing of your decrees and sometimes there is a waning of your decrees. Beware then of the dark forces who will always take advantage of your slackened pace by moving in to further decelerate your decree momentum. On the other hand the angels will take advantage of your heightened pace by moving in to accelerate your decree momentum.
