Indeed I AM Casimir Poseidon. Indeed I have known you for tens of thousands of years. Thus I come. Thus you have heard that the blueprints of the civilization of South America were sealed in Colorado. We desire to open these blueprints. We desire to call you back to that unfinished business of building that civilization and building upon the strength of so many devotees who have been on earth a great part of the Great White Brotherhood.
Now then, beloved, there has been much talk about who shall be the next generation and the next. What kind of children and young people shall they be? Shall they be so entirely different from previous generations, detached from all of the culture of Western civilization and the civilizations of the East?
The question remains therefore, beloved: how will you define your assistance to incoming children who come to an age that has great weight of karma? How will they deal with issues of their time? How will you lead them to carry with them the past history of civilizations upon which all has been built through these many thousands of years?
So we see another generation. We see different souls. We see souls of great light and souls who still come bearing a heavy karma. If you do not dedicate yourselves to the caring for the children, as Saint Germain has said, as the Messenger has said time and again, then will these children become fierce, form armies, militias, move against established citizenry, established customs? What shall be the eventuality if all that has been seen in the astrology of the three and a half years to come is not changed? That becomes a question, beloved. But I will assure you of one thing: that every ascended master connected with this planet and many from other systems of worlds have gathered to help you figure out this conundrum.
Thus I ask you to call upon the all-seeing Eye of God. Let 144 Cyclopeas be given ere this conference is sealed. For everyone shall have an opening, small or large, in seeing what is within themselves that is not acceptable, what is among youth that is not acceptable, what is going on among nations that is not acceptable.
It is time to look even beyond the three and a half years, to look at the future of what the new generations not only shall become but what they shall inherit. I come with a plea therefore that you might give your call for the youth of the world, that you might give decrees that will assist them, especially Astreas, beloved ones, naming all whom you know and all other teens or younger children throughout the world, depending on which among these children are under your care. Now, beloved, you have a vision, you have a teaching. Many young people can understand this teaching. Break the bread of life with them. Break the bread of life of the Holy Spirit.
I have joined Saint Germain and Portia in their mission to South America. The main retreat where you will find us is the retreat of the God and Goddess Meru, though Saint Germain himself is presently opening another retreat there. This is the time, beloved, when you can make things happen. “Work while you have the light” are the words of your Savior Jesus Christ, “for when the night is come no man can work.” Perhaps Jesus was also prophesying to these end times when there should be night and a continuation of night--night in the terms of people's lack of understanding, lack of resources, lack of a realization of what is upon them until the night has come, until the darkness has descended.
Most notably you have heard of the three days of darkness. Will it come to pass? Or will so many keepers of the flame in the world carry such torches of violet fire that that blackness of night may be lessened into a grayness where one may still barely see and not as in total darkness? Much can be averted, beloved.
Most important is your peace, your oneness with God, your sense that your prayers are heard and acted upon by all levels of angels and hierarchies of Light. Because you own the earth, though the earth is the LORD's and the fullness thereof, those who inhabit the earth are the keepers of the earth and in their time the owners of the earth, you might say. So, beloved, in the wake of this understanding, in the knowledge of the future give this your most important thrust.
And remember, when your Astreas are perpetually going even on CD or audiocassette, without stopping and when in rooms when you are able to raise the volume, I tell you, this is a most miraculous way of multiplying the energy, light, consciousness that you have to fill a universe, a material universe such as the one you live in, with the power of the science of the spoken Word which at any moment when wielded by you in confidence with that mighty sword Excalibur can work change, profound alchemy of change.
Consider that each day you are changing your garments. This means that the old garments of thinking, the ways of walking and working, these are passé. When the dawn rises the Sun comes out, you are a new person each day. You are not the person you were yesterday. Today you must change garments, just as you shower and put on new clothes. Put on new consciousness of the new day and realize you are all ascending to God unless there is something seriously wrong with you psychologically.
Blessed ones, you are ascending Godward. Rise to that ascent. Look up! Look to the vision of God. When you see the Messenger looking up she is looking past the lights, past the tent, past buildings unto infinity. That is where your future is. That is where your ties are. That is where your ultimate empowerment shall be, even though Saint Germain is impatient to empower you with increments of powerful violet flame.
Blessed ones, you can accomplish all that you have seen is necessary for you to do. Organize; be at peace. Have no fear whatsoever in your ranks and no doubts. Simply march on. Make use of your precious time, your precious funds. Move on, beloved. We the angels of God who move now with the sylphs as gentle breezes are blowing, we are aware of what is before you. Remember, we are behind you.
Charge, charge, charge and let victory be proclaimed. For you shall have your victory, you shall have your victory if you want it more than anything else you want in the whole world. If that taste of victory and the overcoming of scoundrels is of utmost importance to you, then give that which is important to you your greatest priority throughout every day.
This is a time to win in glory and this is a time to cast down all demons and their seed, all fallen ones who do not belong in this Earth. This is the hour, beloved; seize it. Drink that sweet elixir and then charge! charge! charge! and let your victory and God's victory be proclaimed.
