It would be unwise to send out a boat without a rudder. But the Pilot is predestined and the creation of the heart will not be precipitated into the abyss. Like milestones on a luminous path the Brothers of Humanity ever alert are standing on guard, ready to lead the traveler into the chain of ascent. Hierarchy is not coercion, it is the Law of the Universe. It is not a threat but the call of the heart and a fiery admonition directing toward the General Good. Thus let us cognize the Hierarchy of Light.
How to transmute the most bitter into the most sweet? Naught save Hierarchy will transform life into a higher consciousness. It is impossible to imagine a bridge into the Infinite because a bridge is in need of abutments. But Hierarchy, like the abutments of a bridge, brings one to the shore of Light. The above is important especially because Virginia Fellows became the prime mover of the hypothesis--believed by E C Prophet but not at all well examined and proven by the Messenger--that Dr. Owen and Wells-Gallup decoded Shakespeare plays and other Elizabethan era literature using 1) a wheel turned by Owen with pages taped on it, and 2) biliteral code. The whole pattern/hypothesis is false, completely faulty, never established upon real evidence, never leading to anything but more speculation and bald assertions, and in some cases to idolatry. …the spoken Word conveys to you the message of our radiance, but it is perceived in reality by the inward grace of the all-knowing mind of God within you.
I tell you, ladies and gentlemen, God is most desirous of exalting mankind into the state of consciousness where they will have the fullness of the understanding of an ascended being resident within their higher mental body, to be tapped by them before their ascension in order that they may thereby hasten the day of that treasured ascension in the light. However if their consciousness, like a child, is merely gazing out upon the world to see what is taking place around them, they become embroiled in countless ideas and fleeting images which can never in a million years give them their freedom….
Beloved ones, the culture of the world is not understood by the cultured. And therefore that which many have obtained is not a true culture at all. It is only a form of human consciousness devoid of the divine understanding and placing man in categories of differences--different rates of vibration, different grades of human understanding.

You have continued, as seekers after light, to pursue many devious paths in trying to express the great Christ consciousness of light. Having fallen short of the mark, you have continued to pursue “the light that never shone upon land or sea” but that beckons within your hearts and within your beings and guides you onward. You have not forsaken the search; you have continued to seek. And I tell you, the hand of God shall not let you go. The ascended masters shall not forsake you….
These true souls--these true aspirants to be brothers in white, to be the elect, to be friends of freedom--must rise as one unified body to express the beauty of God. Everywhere they must cease dissension, cease
disunity, cease disharmony. They must cherish and love those who love the eternal Presence of God, whether known by the name of God or known by the name of Allah or by any other name. And yet they must recognize that the name of God is locked within the precious words that convey to man a sense of his own consciousness, existence, bliss and peace—the words I AM….
It is given because he has desired to see loomed upon his own frame the eternal radiance, to see the garments of white light which surround every ascended being worn by himself because of the breath of immortality which is within him. Such a one has recognized that the true science of divinity is more transcendent than the partial science of man, which is but a release of the eternal science of God. Mankind have apprehended this science in part but only in part. They have perceived through a glass darkly, but they have not yet beheld face-to-face….And you will recognize that time is given to you in order that you might place your attention upon the light because within the light is your freedom, and it is nowhere else!…
So, beloved ones, watch the quality of your decisions….You can make your decisions directly by attuning with the heart of God. And yet as we have constantly warned, mankind are perfectly justified in seeking knowledge from the outer providing they are willing to go to the inner to make their attunement there and recognize that the balance, the perfection of discrimination, is located within the heart of their own mighty I AM Presence….Your freedom does not come, beloved ones, through any other outer power, nor can you obtain freedom through another’s efforts. It comes through your own mighty beloved I AM Presence….But, beloved ones, the only way that you can obtain the freedom which we enjoy is to master your own thoughts and feelings, to obtain your own freedom and to achieve your own understanding of the Law!
Freedom must bloom within each one’s heart! Aaron’s rod must blossom, it is true. But it must blossom upon the spinal altar of each individual. Each individual must unfold his own latent spiritual power. Each individual must open for himself the door that leads to immortal octaves. Everyone must cherish the spiritual life enough to let go of those lesser experiences which do not give them their freedom--and keep on keeping on until they attain those satisfactions which are of the light….
And it is our hope that they shall recognize the higher way of thought and no longer express the limiting doubts and confining ideas of the agnostic or of those who are in despair or despondency who seek in some oppressed system or ideology, some political thought, a dream of freedom which is empty. Rather, I say to all, search within the heart of your own I AM Presence--the open door, the open door, the open door that leads to your own freedom in the light of God, which never fails!
