1) The thoughtform for the year, which beloved Gautama described so well in his New Year’s address, is a golden “spinning wheel” releasing a golden thread of pure radiant energy to each lifestream to manifest as his apportioned substance. The nine spokes of the wheel are indicative of the seven members of the Karmic Board, and includes also beloved Gautama, Lord of the World, and blessed Saint Germain, who are spokesmen for the Great White Brotherhood throughout the golden age.
This golden thread, symbolical of each man esteeming his life energy as obedient substance, subjective with joy to God’s will, shall be used in the golden age to weave garments of immortality to endure as Christ-accomplishment in a living memorial to God’s honor flame! -Cuzco: Pearls of Wisdom 5:2

And so, many (rather than the few) find release. And think you, beloved ones, that as you do this service for mankind you shall not receive a reward? I tell you, great is your reward in heaven. And great also is your reward even upon earth.
Mankind today frequently do not measure their own rewards properly, and they often feel bereft of honor and of fame. Well, let me tell you, beloved ones, that that which is pleasing to your own mighty I AM Presence is the greatest honor you can ever achieve. For when your own mighty I AM Presence confers upon you a diploma of achievement, it is the greatest boon which has ever been given to anyone upon this Earth. For this is a conferment from the hands of God Himself, and this is no fable but is the purest of truth.
3) …in man’s glorious ascension in the light when all of the spiritual signets are set in place as God wills it. This includes the use of the cosmic honor flame from the heart of God whereby men in honor prefer one another and recognize the meaning of true brotherhood and service….When the honor flame of God is employed men’s goals become God oriented, and thus there can be no possibility of deviation or shadow of turning in the human monad who is motivated by an absolute determination toward Godliness. The world is filled with human beings and human creation, but it is to the Divine that men must turn for their freedom. The caduceus action will work twice as effectively in those lifestreams in whom the expression of honor, justice and mercy go hand in hand with spiritual exercise.
4) I am come in the light of your Presence. I am come in the light of Serapis Bey to raise this scepter of my light, to quicken within you healing fires, ascension fires, and the diamond light of the will of God. I come to renew the light of truth within you that you might carry your own scepter of authority, wielding the rod of power in the truth of the spoken Word. I come to quicken the emerald fires and the crystal light reflecting those fires that you might be instruments of healing to mankind, a healing of their minds and their emotions, a healing of their bodies, a healing of the memory, that they might have revealed the blueprint of God, the mind of God, the desiring of God to be God as love, and that all of this might cycle into manifestation into the physical body….
I come to reinforce your victory, your overcoming, your God-determination to be free. I come to seal the Summit Lighthouse and Church Universal and Triumphant and every Keeper of the Flame and every communicant in the light of my heart and in the full protection of the Great White Brotherhood and of Lord Gautama Buddha.
Let this light, let this activity be sealed now in ascension’s fires. You say, is this different from any other time? And I say, yes it is! For there is a period during the evolution of a soul-consciousness that it can, so to speak, get away with flaunting the cosmic honor flame or dodging truth. I take my leave of you to minister unto the vast evolutions of the Cosmic Egg, and one day you shall minister unto them with me and with my legions of light.
7) Call to Michael and ask if you might be enlisted among the blue-lightning angels who serve twenty-four hours a day to defend the cosmic honor of the Godhead upon this Earth. And then you shall be taken and first outfitted in your coat of mail and armor consisting of white fire and blue lightning coalesced as the diamond-Mercury essence of light that seals your consciousness when you must go forth into the astral realm to challenge with the sword of the Divine Mother all forces opposing Her children….
And when you prove yourself worthy in the flame of obedience, I personally will take you into training in my legions of the cosmic honor flame which march with me at inner levels sowing the seeds of cosmic honor that are the greatest antidote against crime among the youth and all generations evolving on the planet.
I cannot even begin to tell you how much juvenile delinquency, crimes of every kind, have been averted by the legions of the cosmic honor flame who plant the seeds of honor, love of honor, devotion to honor in the hearts and minds of children and young people. These seeds serve to amplify the great gift of conscience with which God has endowed everyone. And thus in the hour of testing and decision, the fire of the honor flame is released to fortify and to intensify the voice of conscience, enabling people the world around to make a right decision for Saint Germain though they know him not nor know his name–the great God of Freedom to the Earth.
8) You have been well prepared in your meditations of this day to know the sacredness of our honor and the honor of the Brotherhood. The Holy Spirit cannot dwell where there is not honor, self-respect, mutual respect and a love of the Christ….You who would be one then come and join the fun of the disciplines of the Lord of hosts and see how that discipline becomes the joy and the singing of angels, the praise and the honor. See how the violet-flame angels provide that twinkle of mirth that is needed upon earth so that souls persevering to come under the rod of the Law might also know a moment of gaiety--a gaiety where their soul retains the worth of being held in the hollow of His hand, knowing that in that hand all is well, all is well, all is well.
9) But alas, sometimes mankind’s consciousness is warped, and therefore the consequences are always the postponement of spiritual graces and gifts. Do you know, precious hearts, that when you compromise the cosmic honor flame you separate yourself from the Maha Chohan, from the Holy Spirit?…
For the gifts and graces of the Holy Spirit can be compared to nothing else. The flow of the Holy Spirit in you is most sacred, and therefore those who have that gift are chosen from among mankind--those who have honor, nobility, integrity toward one another, who keep the Law as well as the Spirit. 10) By their fruits ye shall know them. And by their fruits ye shall know the [Brotherhood]--the fruit of humility, of long-suffering, of patience, of devotion, of honor and nobility.
Let the cosmic honor flame then show forth the true disciple and the true teacher. Those who stand in honor extend the hand of honor. Honor is moving to the blueprint of life, extolling that blueprint. It is the exaltation of the soul in the will of God--not the tearing down of the soul, not the confinement of the soul to this or that way or this or that teacher….
It is the flame of the Father that is perverted in the lie of World Communism. Do you understand that it is the essential Godhead of your own I AM Presence and the energies thereof that have been used to spawn the lie--the utter lie and the desecration of woman, of children, of the Spirit Most Holy?
11) In memory and in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I implant my flame and I plant my feet upon this soil. It is good, so good to touch the earth where Gautama and Jesus have walked. May you follow in their footsteps. May others follow in your footsteps until the mighty chain of light and life everlasting fulfills the cosmic spiral.

This cosmic honor flame returns to the Father all the glory and removes from lesser images all power ever endowed to imperfection. Herein is vested in you the power to rise to the pinnacle of perfection through your righteous use of the cosmic honor flame….
The great cosmic Law is not intended to manifest as a whiplash nor is it designed to directly cause pain or punishment to mankind. The whiplashes of karma appear as such to those out of rhythm with the divine order and plan for their individual lifestreams, and therefore these jolts serve to spur mankind to return to the heart of God that they might find their freedom and surcease from distress and no longer walk in limitation and frustration. This is the divine action of cosmic honor flame of God--the returning to the Father the honor due him. Do not portray the Father as a Being who desires to punish, who creates laws which are so rigid that no one is able to walk in them, but realize that to those who are disobedient to the law of harmony, that law appears to be a law of discord and chaos.
Blessed and beloved ones, realize that through the love of the cosmic honor flame God honors you each and every one and all life without limit with all the power of his eternal perfection.
15) Remember the cosmic honor flame, for this honor flame must be raised up once again in this entire inner and outer Community, in this valley and planetary home.
Let the cosmic honor flame rise [within you] and with it the love of the honor of God, which means [your] taking responsibility for going on. Do not resent that the path is not yet through but be grateful that the path is still before you, that you still have life and breath and presence to go on and to fulfill every last requirement of your goal which is the ascension….
Have you forgot that 156,000 angels are keeping the flame of this retreat? And do you know that they have determined they will not leave you, they will not leave the Messenger, they will not leave this room of God on earth? Blessed ones, they have set up their rotations, moving to and from even the great Great Central Sun….
And therefore do not enter into degrading, self-degrading spirals of recrimination but seek justice, seek honor, seek mercy, seek compassion and seek the freedom to let these things pass through and go on. Let the light pass through! Let it flush out the darkness! And do not be caught in the darkness as it is being flushed out.
16) For when one comes to comprehend the honor of God, is one not humbled before the great light, the dazzling white light of the presence of the cosmic honor flame?
Honor then is an homage that you pay unto the living Christ that I AM and unto your God. It is the honoring of the light that is unsullied and untainted, the light that is the strength that holds together the matter cosmos.
Honor is a strength beyond other strengths. Honor is purity. Honor is the majesty of God. It is the single-eyed vision and the adoration of the one true God. Honor is oneness. It is wholeness.
One cannot enter into its precincts without the ultimate understanding of humility, for humility is before God and before the living flame. It is a self-effacement for a purpose: that the lesser self be sealed and the greater Self appear. It comes down to the saying I gave to your Catherine, “I the all: thou the nothing--I the all: thou the nothing.”
17) I send angels to the levels of the astral plane, to levels of minds insane, distorted, disjointed, minds incapable of holding to the honor flame of God--the very flame of honor, order and sanity, beloved.
18) And there are areas in this city (NYC) where the judgment must descend. The city must be purged of organized crime. Yes, beloved, it must be purged of that which is dishonorable. 19) For you were there but sometimes you allowed yourselves to be swept away in the current of the times. And some of the things you did in past incarnations which you have also done in this life have been harmful to society, to yourselves and to the young who looked to you then and who look to you today to uphold the standards of the Brotherhood’s cosmic honor flame….

20) And therefore I am the one who does say to you, liberate yourselves by taking unto your hearts the honor of God. When you carry that honor as the white lily of the fleur-de-lis, you shall know the white fire of your great teacher, El Morya. You shall understand that one does not cross the line into conceit and deceit if one expects to make his ascension in this life.
Therefore be honest in your heart with your heart. Be honest in your mind with your mind. Know what you are, know what you are not. But know that always and always through your Holy Christ Self and I AM Presence you have the honor of God--you have it within you, and it shall grow and grow until it becomes that fiery steel pillar….
Therefore, beloved, I point out to you that the seven archangels are your champions. And so long as you keep the honor flame with them, with God, with your I AM Presence, they are at your side instantaneously. There is no end to the numbers of angels connected to this planetary home and beyond.
And so, beloved, walk upright before your God. I speak of honor, because without honor, my plan for you will fail. You must have that cosmic honor flame and never cross the line, embracing conceit and deceit as though they were [legitimate] choices to bypass [laws that are] not the laws of man but the laws of God that are translated to those who would walk this path….
I now come with a special blessing. And as you might suspect, the blessing I bring is the cosmic honor code. And that code is a circle of fire. I seal it upon you. And if you are true to yourselves, you will never again be able to violate the Laws of God. And that, beloved, shall be the beginning of our victory.
21) If you could see, beloved, how some of you have not kept your promises to God over the ages or even to the Messengers in this life--you must stop this. When you make a promise, even if all hell breaks loose, you keep that promise. Therefore you do not make a promise that you are not determined to keep. Espouse the cosmic honor flame and know your victory.
22) I consider all the people of the world my children but most especially do I honor those who keep the cosmic honor flame, those who understand that the honor of God is all. And if we cannot keep the honor of God, then all other virtues tumble--tumble like play blocks in a child's nursery.
The honor of God is to be espoused. When you walk this path of honor, you see your Holy Christ Self by and by. The Holy Christ Self will allow you to see the honor of God manifest within him, that you might mirror that great honor that God accords to all life--all life ascending, all life tending to the realities, to what is important.
