To All Who Would Seek God for the Sake of God Alone, To All Who Are Motivated by Love and Love Alone:

  "Where is the Czar?" Trotsky asked. "He has been shot ... All of the family with him."  "And who made the decision?"  "We decided it here, " Sverdlov said.  "Ilyich [Lenin] decided that we shouldn't leave the Whites a live banner to rally round..."

  The Great White Brotherhood sponsored the House of Romanov and certain lifestreams who were to embody therein to establish the true culture of the Mother through gradual social, economic and political reform in keeping with the laws of Hierarchy.  These reforms were already under way when Lenin fomented revolution.  Clearly his goal was not social reform or the enshrining of the flame of the Christ within the individual.  His goal was dictatorship by himself and by the elite of the false hierarchy.  Therefore he gave the order for the murder of the Czar Nicholas, the Czarina Alexandra, their four daughters and the Czarevitch Alexis.  Lenin wanted them dead because Satan wanted them dead.  He was, and remains in his current embodiment, the direct and most advanced disciple of the Devil, the personification of Antichrist himself.

  It was the plan of El Morya and the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood working with Saint Germain and the Great Divine Director, founder of the House of Rakoczy, to create in Russia a spiritual/material revolution, the counterpart to the manifestation of the Christ through individual freedom which Saint Germain had sponsored in the United States of America.  But alas, the blueprint of the fiery destiny of the White Russians, who are among the most advanced and spirited souls of Christ evolving on Terra was preempted and aborted by the false hierarchy who moved in their ploys point-counterpoint--Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin and numberless demons incarnate, not to mention the challenger of your own beloved ascended master Igor, Rasputin himself.

  But Morya was not to be compromised.  Your Messenger Mark L. Prophet was being prepared at inner levels by the Darjeeling Council to release to the Russians the laws of God and the flame of their original destiny in the mandala of the Mother.  He embodied in America, the land of Saint Germain, and was trained from birth to be the Messenger for the Brotherhood.  Meanwhile Nicholas and Helena Roerich, Russian amanuenses of El Morya, were setting forth the teachings for the true Community of which World Communism was the counterfeit and for the true culture of the Mother corrupted by the mental, emotional and physical slaughter and slavery which the Satanists brought to millions of the children of Mother Russia.

  Now half a century later the Teachings of the Hierarchy have been entrusted to the Keepers of the Flame.  The keys to the counterrevolution have been given to the children of light.  And the Messenger has ascended into the Presence of God and stands this day with Morya the sponsor of the sons and daughters of God in Russia and in every nation threatened by the dialectical materialism and the aggressive atheism of the fallen ones.  Every precept and principle of the Teachings of the Great White Brotherhood released by the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet in the Pearls of Wisdom and the Keepers of the Flame Lessons, as well as in conferences and seminars, must necessarily be mastered by those who would reverse the tide of World Communism.

  The ascended masters' eachings are the means wholly justified by a "just God whereby every child of God on earth may, through the careful exercise of freewill, triumph over the carnal mind and the Martian condemnation of those who would overtake the children of the light on Terra. The teachings are given that the goal of life--not death--freedom--not bondage--love--not hatred--and the ascension--not the second death--might be won first in the lives of thousands, then millions and then throughout the civilization in every walk of life, in every human endeavor sponsored by the Divine.

  The Devil has had his day, and his day is over. The lightbearers are on the march. They have joined the Faithful and True and the armies of heaven. They are one with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords <2>--they who loved not their lives unto the death, who overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony.

  The final chapter has not been written and it will not be written until the thousand years are up. Then the twenty-two chapters of the Book of Revelation will be completed with eleven additional chapters written by the Lord Christ himself--the revelation of prophecy and its fulfillment in the Aquarian age.  When mankind will have fulfilled the thirty-three initiations of Christ then will the thirty-three chapters reflect the initiations as they have been manifest on Terra.

  Through three key embodiments <3>--first among the Sanhedrin at the time of Christ, then as Loyola, and then as Lenin--the soul of this fallen one, consort of Lucifer and Satan, succeeded temporarily in compromising the light first of the Son, then of the Father and then of the Holy Spirit.

  The chief priests and scribes of Judaism did their work in removing from the culture and the religion of the Jews the understanding of the true Self as the Christ Self, the Son.  By false doctrine and dogma they deprived the children of Israel of the true Messiah, the Christ within, whom Jesus personified without.  In the Society of Jesus the Office and the mission of the Holy Father representing God the Father was compromised by militarism, fanaticism, and the perversion of the Lawgiver through mechanization and a robot-religion of the intellect.

  Finally, as the prophet and the interpreter of the prophecy of World Communism, he personified the false prophet who totally compromised the honor-flame of the Holy Spirit.

He had become the totality of the personage whom Jesus described when he said to the scribes: "Ye are of your father the Devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.  He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him." Total deception and dishonor characterize the Communist state, the Communist society and the Communist philosophy whenever and wherever it manifests.  It is the absolute lie of absolute Evil.

  There is another chapter that remains to be written on this soul who made his pact with the Devil and whose pact made of him the incarnation of deified Evil.  Having thus set in motion the worldwide perversions of the Holy Trinity it remained for this fallen one to incarnate once more in order to complete his pact with Lucifer and Satan.  This time his end would be to pervert the Mother--Her flame, Her Church, Her religion, Her offspring and Her teaching.

Let all learn the lesson of the grain of error becoming a mountain of evil.  Let all learn the lesson of the seeds of spiritual pride and spiritual ambition being the seeds of that all-consuming cancer which totally takes over the four lower bodies, the soul, and the consciousness of its victim.  As it has been said "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely." <4>

  Having disrupted and disoriented the Russian family, the Russian religion and the Russian Community, the false hierarchy turned to the United States of America to create chaos and confusion through the one who had so successfully carried out their schemes. The priest of the Devil, the one, the same has founded the Church of Satan and set forth in the Satanic Bible the dictation delivered to him by Satan only months before he was bound by Michael the Archangel in 1968.  Anton Szandor LaVey, who proclaimed 1966 as year one of the satanic age, intends that he and the elite force of Satanists will rule the world--the same ambition, the same pride, the same condemned soul.

  So filled with self-deception is he, the one who thought that he would outsmart the Devil, has been quoted as saying that he does not worship Satan or even believe in his existence but that he believes in power and the absolute power of the demon that resides within man.  This demon he would exercise, not exorcise, and the energies of this demon he would channel into ritualized hatred.  His religion is the religion of the deification of the carnal mind, the celebration of the desires of the carnal mind and their fulfillment through the desecration of the four lower bodies.  His is a robot-religion for the robots of the fallen ones, and even now he is marshaling the remnants of the bands of fallen ones of Lucifer and Satan.

  The plan of the false hierarchy is to create a worldwide Church of Satan and a one-world government of Satan in total control of the minds, the souls and the hearts of mankind. This control is to be gained through the base ignorance of the masses of the people, through their own vulnerability and sensuality, through the fluctuation of their egos, their greed, their lust for power, the pride of the eye and the desire for manipulation.  During the thousand-year period when Satan will remain bound according to the law of the Lord Christ executed by the Four and Twenty Elders, these fallen ones will work feverishly and fiendishly preparing for the return of Satan and his angels, who "shall be loosed out of his prison and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea." <5> 
  The Satanist Church with its nude female on the altar, its blood rites and black masses, is the diabolical and diametrical opposite of the Church Universal and Triumphant.  Seeing the end from the beginning, members of the true Church cannot take lightly their calling or their commitment. They must counter every move of the Satanists in the name of the I AM THAT I AM as these fallen ones are organized on this and other planets of this solar system, on the planes of Mater.  Many contingents of the false hierarchy are preparing for the loosing of Satan and the galvanizing of his legions when they shall go "up on the breadth of the earth and compass the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city."  In that day and in that hour the fire shall come down from God out of heaven to devour them.  And the Devil that deceived them will be cast into the Lake of Fire at the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God-Star Sirius where the beast and the false prophet shall already have been taken and have been judged.

  Inasmuch as the prophecy of the last judgment and the second death of Satan and his followers is preordained, as was the trial, the judgment and the second death of Lucifer, it is not with the fate of the fallen ones that we are concerned, but it is with the battle of Armageddon itself, which is waging even now for the souls of the children of God. It is during this thousand-year period that certain of the incarnated fallen angels will be abroad in the Earth preaching the philosophy of the Adversary; for during this period the children of God will make their commitment to the right or to the left, for the real or for the unreal.

Those who confirm the calling of the Christ within in this century will, according to the prophecy given to John the Revelator, "live and reign with Christ a thousand years."  These are the souls which John saw who bore witness of Jesus and the Word of God, "which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads or in their hands." <7> But those who fail to make that commitment for Christ and for his true teachings, those who have received the true name of God, I AM THAT I AM, and who have the testimony of the Lord brought forth by the two witnesses, those who have received these gifts and graces of the Spirit yet refuse to be committed to the cause of the true Hierarchy, who are half in and half out, the lukewarm ones, the ones who prefer their selfish existence to the surrender, sacrifice and service of the saints--these will continue to reincarnate until the return of Satan when the choice twixt light and darkness will be the ultimate choice to be or not to be.

  At that time and in that space the children of God who have been trained by the sons and daughters of God in the Teachings released by the Messengers of the Great White Brotherhood will have to choose between their own carnal mind and their own Christ mind and between Satan and Jesus Christ. Then those who choose God will live forevermore in the I AM THAT I AM and will attain immortality in the ritual of the ascension. The victory over the last enemy, death personified in and as the Devil, will be won. <8>

  Then those who choose the carnal mind and Satan will be judged with him before the Court of the Sacred Fire and the Four and Twenty Elders. They shall stand before the "great white throne and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away." <9> And they shall see the opening of the Book of Life. Those who choose the carnal mind and Satan will file to the dais where the current of Alpha and Omega is released for either the integration or the disintegration of souls according to the judgments of the Lord. There they will stand with Satan and in the twinkling of the all-seeing Eye of God their souls will be canceled out with his in the ritual of the second death--the highest mercy of the Law.

  Now let those who realize the momentous work of the millennium understand that the sacrifices of today's lightbearers will determine how many souls are saved and how many are lost in the final judgment of this system of worlds.  Those who have been given the sacred trust of the Teaching cannot live it halfway; they cannot give of themselves halfway. They cannot be lukewarm, for the Lord God will spew them out of His mouth. <10> And they will not be acceptable as candidates for the ascension.  If these then who have received our offering and our light released in the power of the spoken Word through our Messengers in this life reject the teaching of the little book recorded in Climb the Highest Mountain and in them reject the person of the Christ, they will be counted among the dead who live not again [in the Christ consciousness] until the thousand years are finished. <-3> Only those who are uncompromising in the honor-flame of the Holy Spirit shall experience the first resurrection. On such the second death in the last judgment will have no power, for they shall have been priests of God and of Christ and shall have lived and reigned with him [in the balanced threefold flame and in his consciousness] a thousand years.

  Let those whom we have loved and nourished with our flame of honor be not found wallowing after a temporary peace that is without honor.  Let them choose this day whom they will serve! <14> Let them serve with the zeal of the Lord that will overcome the zealots of the Devil. Therefore our concluding counsel to the Keepers of the Flame in whose hearts we have placed the key to the victory is Come out from among them and be ye a separate people.  Come out from among the generations who refuse to choose Christ and his messengers this day!  Come out and be a separate people, chosen and elect unto God!

As the Hebrews, the true Israelites, were warned not to intermarry with the heathen because of the contamination of the seed of light in the seat-of-the-soul chakra so we warn the lightbearers in the words of Paul to "be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers:  for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?  And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?"  Let the offspring of the sons and daughters of God be cultivated in the culture of the Mother.  Let them marry and be given in marriage only to lightbearers that a strong and spiritual race might evolve to challenge the dark ones in the day of the Lord's reckoning.

  Now I make known to you a dispensation of the Lords of Karma.  If a certain quota of ascensions of Keepers of the Flame is met in this one-thousand-year period, then in the time appointed for the unloosing of the Devil and his angels, many ascended masters will be given the dispensation to walk the earth in visible light bodies to preach to the mankind of Earth who up to that time will have failed to make the choice between light and darkness, Christ and Antichrist, both within the microcosm of self and in the macrocosm of this solar system.  But if the quota of ascensions is not met, the mankind of Earth will have only the inner flame and the voice of God within to confirm their conviction.

  And in the day of the appearance of Antichrist the great clamoring of the fallen ones with every form of false hierarchy teaching will resound from one end of the earth to the other, up until the moment when the angel of the Lord will seize them and bind them and remand them to the Court of the Sacred Fire presided over by the Four and Twenty Elders.

Let all who have received our Pearls of Wisdom on the exposé of the false teachings recognize that to contact the Great White Brotherhood in this life is the supreme opportunity which requires the supreme sacrifice of the self-centered existence.  Let those who reject the Teaching or the teacher, the Messenger or the message, be forewarned:  to turn your back on the light in this life is to seal a dangerous destiny that can be reversed only in the time of the tempest of the Tempter when the conditions for salvation will be far more difficult than in this day and age when the Hierarchy of Light has opened the door to the ascension for every man, woman and child on this planet.

  Let those who would read the signs in the skies and in the stars realize that this is the auspicious moment for Self-realization in God through the application of the Teachings of the Christ and the Buddha and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood set forth by the Messengers and the World Mother.

  We conclude for this round our exposé of false teachings.  We wait to deliberate the impact of the exposure upon our chelas.  We wait for the marshaling of the forces of light--in order to make known, point-counterpoint, our strategy of light.  And now we commission our Messenger to certain inner work of the Brotherhood in preparation for our next thrust for the cosmic purpose of the Divine Mother.  We have fulfilled Her mandate in part.  We shall continue our exposé when the children of the Mother have responded to meet the demands of greater love and greater service which this understanding places upon them as responsibility, verily the ultimate responsibility to be God incarnate.  The forthcoming Pearls of Wisdom will set forth our weekly dictations given before Keepers of the Flame and students of Summit University at the Retreat of the Resurrection Spiral in Colorado Springs and elsewhere.  I sign off with heart and head and hand pledged to the victory of the light within you.  I AM Kuthumi.  My brothers and I will survey the work of the true and the false hierarchies in Russia, China, India, Africa, Europe and South America; and then we shall return to celebrate with you in Washington, D.C. the rebirth of a nation in the higher consciousness of the freedom of the Mother and the Manchild.  I AM with you in the expansion of the true teachings of Christ and Buddha.
